1. What This Policy Covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Credivo LLC (“Credivo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies, including browser local storage and session storage, on credivo.ai and our related services (the “Service”). It supplements our Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Local storage and session storage are browser features that store information on your device for similar purposes. We refer to all of these as “cookies” in this Policy.
Cookies are commonly grouped into four categories: strictly necessary, functional, analytics, and advertising. We use only strictly necessary and functional cookies. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking, and we do not permit third parties to place cookies on the Service for their own purposes.

4. What We Do Not Do
We do not use cookies to serve advertising, to track you across other websites or services, or to build advertising profiles. We do not sell personal information collected through cookies, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not engage in these practices, there is no cookie-based sale or sharing to opt out of. We honor the Global Privacy Control as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Your Choices
Most browsers let you refuse, delete, or limit cookies through their settings. Because the cookies we use are necessary to sign in and operate the Service, blocking them will prevent core features, including your account session, from working. Clearing local storage may remove saved preferences. Disconnecting your Google account, through your Credivo settings or your Google security settings, ends the Drive connection on a going-forward basis.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we begin using new categories of cookies, including any analytics tool, we will update this Policy before doing so, update the “Last Updated” date, and, where required by law, provide additional notice or obtain consent.
